I support the ordinance to bring cannabis businesses to Chico. Residents have voted several times and resulted in a majority favor of allowing cannabis businesses. Lets listen to the people of our town and pass this ordinance.

Completely disagree. Chico has more problems than it can handle, it does not need another reason to attract the homeless and addicted to a city already in the state of deterioration. Let’s move towards a better environment for the families who live here.

Cannabis storefronts dont attract the homeless and tweeks. If u took the time to learn more about what's involved, the rules and regulations, or even the cost of it when u buy from a store, you might understand this situation better. The homeless dont flock to expensive retail store areas, they thrive on black market and sling on the street where it's not available in a clean, safe and controlled environment. The black market is what u need to worry about, Not the legal safe, clean, tested and regulated stores. :)
