I disagree with other comments claiming that this is not an emergency, since we have a housing crisis. I support this resolution, especially with its large focus on units for people with special needs.

Housing is an emergency, it has been one in our area for quite some time and can not wait. This is for perfect time to address the issue, please do not delay.

I support these projects, lets get them rolling out ASAP. The locations are good as the tenants are likely to use public transport, and not making a substantial impact on traffic.

It's either people living in the streets or more cars driving, let's go with getting housing built so that we can piece our community back together finally.

While I don't appose this I do appose this being discussed at this time. The council agreed to only discuss/vote on EMERGENCY measures during this time that the public cannot exercise their RIGHT to attend council meetings. This is not an emergency measure.

The traffic in this area is terrible and this project is located next to Chico Country Day School as well as a senior living home
