RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICO DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 3, 2020 Resolution declaring the results of the General Municipal Election held on 11/3/20 in the City of Chico pursuant to Article 4 (commencing with Section 10260), Chapter 2, Division 10 of the Elections Code. The election results received from the Butte County Clerk have been received and are attached to the resolution as Exhibit "A." (Deborah R. Presson, City Clerk)

2.2. SUPPLEMENTAL APPRORIATION/BUDGET MODIFICATION NO. 2021-CC-001 FOR PURCHASE OF PUBLIC RECORDS ACT REQUESTS PROGRAM PLATFORM The City Clerk's office is charged with responding to all California Public Records Act requests submitted to the City. Over the past several years, the number of requests has steadily increased, with internal self-tracking no longer being sufficient to timely respond to requests. The use of PRA software would allow Staff to quickly process and respond to requests for records as statutorily required by California State Law quickly and efficiently. AUTHORIZATION FOR THE DONATION OF A SURPLUS LIGHT DUTY TRUCK TO THE DOWNTOWN CHICO BUSINESS ASSOCIATION Approve - Minute Order 1) Authorize the donation of the surplus light duty truck to the Downtown Chico Business Association (DCBA), which has a value of $4,500. 2) Authorize the Public Works Director - Operations & Maintenance to execute the necessary documents for the transfer.
