RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICO DECLARING THE AMENDED RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 3, 2020 The Butte County Elections office has forwarded an amended certification for the City of Chico election held on November 3,2020 pertaining to four district seats and two measures considered at that election. Due to finding uncounted ballots in a sealed election ballot box, the County Clerk has now tabulated those votes noting that the additional ballots did not impact nor change the outcome on any of the Councilmember positions nor the two measures. 4.2. APPEAL OF USE PERMIT 20-07 (GREENFIELD AND ESPLANADE APARTMENTS) Hearing: The City Council will conduct a public hearing regarding an appeal of the Planning Commission's decision to approve a request to authorize multi-family residential development in the Office Residential (OR) zone district. The site is located at the southwest corner of Greenfield Drive at Esplanade, APN 006-500-014. Currently undeveloped, the site is designated Office Mixed Use (OMU) on the City's General Plan Land Use Diagram and is zoned OR-AOD-COS (Office Residential with Airport Overflight Zone D and Corridor Opportunity Site overlays). The project is categorically exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 (Infill Development Projects).
